We would like to thank league city for all the new signs installed in newport/Ellis landing subdivisions.
We would also like to give thanks to the city of league city for being a part of our community.
National Night out
The hoa would like to thank the board members for getting the fire truck and the police department out to the event.
We hope to see you next year and a reminder we are now having a halloween contest signs are posted in each entryway. We would love it if everyone participated.
House repairs
To all residents, this is a friendly reminder that we must maintain our yard’s and property while repairing our homes.
For the residents in ellis landing RV’s, Boats and trailers aren’t allowed.
If you need arc application we also have signs throughtout the neighborhoods with QR codes to the forms.

This november All seats on the hoa board will be available.

The newport/ellis landing Hoa is looking for volunteers to take park in the arc/Arb committe inspection team.

We recently put out new Hoa community signs that we noticed have been damaged. We also had our community garage sale signs stolen from each entryway. we need to look out for each other to make sure vandalism is not occuring in our neighborhoods. if anyone has information on these events, please reach out to newportellislanding12@aol.com or leave a message at 832-932-2656. let’s band together to keep our community beautiful and safe.
